Account Payable

-Ensure suppliers' details are accurate at all times(e.g billing address, bank accounts details, VAT numbers)
-Checking/matching invoices against purchase reports
-Accurate and timely processing of invoices
-Reconciliation of suppliers' statements/balances
-Preparation, reconciliation and recording of payments
-Responding to internal and external inquiries (regarding the status of accounts payments)
