Night Safari
There is plenty to see and do at the Singapore Night Safari. The first thing most visitors do is take the Singapore Night Safari Tram. The open-air tram has subtle moon-glow lighting, which enables visitors to see the animals without disturbing them. Visitors will see animals such as the Cape buffalo, African bongo, blue sheep, striped hyena, golden jackal, and the rare great one-horned rhinoceros, amongst others. The Night Safari currently houses a total of 1,040 animals of 120 species, of which 29% are threatened species. The zoo is managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore, and about 1.1 million visitors visit the safari per year. Essential Information Opening hours Daily 7.30pm - 12am |
